Three Renovation Stages

We follow an international standard system that divides renovation into three levels of completion. This helps clients understand the process, ensures transparency at each stage, and shows the condition of the property handed over by the developer.

Renovation Stages

  • Black Framework

    Demolition of old finishes, preparation of walls, floors, and ceilings, installation of engineering systems: electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, low-voltage systems, construction of partitions, and initial plastering.

  • White Framework

    Leveling of walls and floors, puttying, priming, surface preparation for finishing, final routing of utilities, and installation of electrical components (boxes, outlets, panels).

  • Green Framework

    Insulation and soundproofing (if included in the project), energy-efficient engineering systems, ventilation with heat recovery (if included in the project), eco-friendly materials, protection against moisture, mold, and thermal bridges.
