Why hand procurement over to your contractor
In building engineering systems, materials make up 50–70 % of the budget, and that's exactly where mistakes hide: the wrong cable, a pipe with the wrong pressure rating, a boiler nobody services in Georgia, “ABB” breakers from the bazaar. A client without experience spends weeks comparing prices in Batumi, Tbilisi and on AliExpress; then the crew sits idle because fittings ran out, and in the end half of the items turn out to need replacing.
We buy from official distributors and manufacturers — Sakcable (cable, factories in Tbilisi and Batumi), ASBIS (Ubiquiti), MUK (Ajax), Intellcom, Domino, Globaltherm, and the Georgian offices of Daikin, Mitsubishi, Vaillant and Viessmann — at dealer prices that retail buyers can't get. We share the difference with you: you get materials below market price, and we get confidence that what arrives on site is what the design calls for.
What we supply
- Electrical — VVGng-LS, NYM and PuGV cable; flexible conduit and cable trays; back boxes and junction boxes; ABB, Schneider and Hager circuit protection; panels; Legrand, Schneider and Gira sockets and switches; light fittings.
- Water and heating — PPR, PEX and stainless steel pipes; fittings, Caleffi and Itap manifolds; radiators, underfloor heating, pump stations, water heaters, boilers, hydraulic separators, expansion vessels, safety groups.
- Climate and ventilation — split and VRF systems, heat pumps, chillers, fan coils, air handling units, ductwork, grilles, insulation, copper pipe and condensate drainage.
- Low-voltage systems — twisted pair, fibre, cabinets, switches, access points, cameras, recorders, alarms, intercoms, UPS.
- Solar power — panels, inverters, batteries, mounting hardware, DC cable and protection.
- Water treatment and pumps — filters, filter columns, Grundfos/Wilo pumps, pressure tanks, variable frequency drives.

What procurement includes
If there is a design, we check its bill of materials for errors and completeness (typically 10–15 % of small items are missing). If there is no design, we calculate materials ourselves from the floor plan and scope of work.
Two price options for every key item: optimal and premium. We offer alternatives that are in stock in Georgia and locally serviced, instead of items with a 6-week lead time.
From official distributors and manufacturers at dealer prices, with manufacturer's warranty and documents. No bazaar and no grey-market channels.
Delivery to site in Batumi, Kobuleti, Tbilisi and anywhere in Georgia; unloading; staged deliveries to match the schedule so materials don't sit on site and go missing.
Acceptance against the delivery note with photos, storage of leftovers, tracking of consumption by stage, replacement of defects and return of surplus to the supplier.

Batumi retail prices for comparison: Sakcable 3×2.5 cable — 4.1 GEL/m, 3×1.5 — 2.75 GEL/m; 12-module enclosure — 45 GEL (Domino, 2026). Our prices to specification are lower, for example: Sakcable 3×2.5 cable (solid core) — 3.93 GEL/m, 3×1.5 — 2.48 GEL/m; Schneider Electric Acti9 1P 16A circuit breaker — 15 GEL.

How the work goes
How to order procurement
- 01You send a floor plan or design
A layout and a description of what's needed is enough: “electrics, plumbing, 3 air conditioners, a boiler”. A full design is even better.
- 02You receive a quotation
Within 1–3 days — a specification with prices, brands and lead times, in two options.
- 03Approval
We adjust items, brands and quantities. The price is fixed for 14 days.
- 04Delivery
We deliver to site in stages according to the schedule; you accept against the delivery note and photos.
- 05Close-out
Return of surplus, a final consumption report, warranty documents for the equipment.
For investors
Procurement for several apartments in one development
An investor with 3–10 apartments in one complex benefits most from single-source procurement: one specification per apartment type, a bulk discount from the distributor, one delivery for the whole volume, and one standard (the same panels, sockets and air conditioners in every apartment — easier to maintain and to rent out). A separate report for each apartment — for accounting and for resale.
What we don't do
We don't supply grey-market equipment without a warranty valid in Georgia, we don't buy uncertified materials from the bazaar, and we don't swap brands in the specification without your consent. If an item is unavailable, we propose an alternative in writing and wait for your “yes”.

FAQ — Materials and equipment supply
Can I buy materials from you if another crew is doing the installation?
Yes — procurement without installation. We'll draw up or check the specification, purchase and deliver. We're not responsible for the quality of another crew's installation, but we are responsible for the materials.
How much cheaper is it than buying from a shop myself?
On cable, pipes and fittings — 10–20 % below Domino or bazaar retail prices; on equipment (boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps) — the dealer price, usually 8–15 % below the website price. Plus you don't spend your own time or buy things you don't need.
What if a material is defective?
We replace it at our own expense through the distributor. That's exactly why we buy only from official distributors — they offer a warranty and keep replacement stock.
Do you deliver everything at once or in stages?
According to the works schedule: cable and pipes for the rough-in stage, equipment for installation, sockets and light fittings for the finishing stage. That way nothing gets lost or damaged on site.
Do you work with companies by bank transfer?
Yes, we accept bank transfers from Georgian and foreign companies. Payment is in lari (GEL) only, as required by Georgian law.
Can I order equipment that isn't available in Georgia?
Yes, to order from Turkey and the EU, 2–6 weeks. But first we'll offer an alternative from a warehouse in Tbilisi — there almost always is one, and it's cheaper once logistics are factored in.
