What we do

Rough-In Installation of Engineering Systems
Power, water supply, drainage, air conditioning and ventilation: routing, wall chasing, pipe and cable runs, pressure testing and inspection before finishing works.
Heating, Air Conditioning and Ventilation Automation
Controllers, sensors, weather-compensated control, room-by-room zoning, smartphone control. The system holds the set climate on its own and saves energy.
Boiler Room Installation
Boiler, water heater, manifolds, pump groups, hydraulic separator, expansion vessels, safety group, controls: we build the complete boiler room and put it into operation.
Electrical Panel Assembly
Main and distribution panels: load calculation, selection of circuit breakers, RCDs and relays, DIN-rail mounting, labelling, a wiring diagram inside the panel. Neat and to code.
Low-Voltage Systems
CCTV, seamless Wi-Fi and internet throughout the property, fire and intruder alarms, server room and telecom cabinet assembly.
Solar Panels and Inverters
Yield calculation, roof or ground mounting of panels, inverter and battery installation, connection to the house grid. Grid-tied, hybrid and off-grid systems.
Air Conditioning and VRF
VRF and ducted systems for villas and apart-hotels, multi-split, chillers with fan coils, ventilation with heat recovery. Design, installation, commissioning and service.

Supply of Materials and Equipment

Frequently asked questions
Can I order just one service, for example electrical work or a boiler room?
Yes. We deliver each service as a stand-alone job, with design, installation and commissioning.
How much does it cost?
The cost depends on the size of the property, the number of systems and the equipment. After the site visit we prepare a detailed estimate, free of charge and with no hidden items.
Do you work with an existing design?
Yes, we can work to your design or develop a new one. If needed, we will review and refine the existing one.
Who purchases the materials and equipment?
We do. We select them according to the design, buy from trusted suppliers and deliver to the site. We can also work with your own equipment.
How does payment work?
In stages under the contract: an advance for materials and equipment, then payment as each stage is completed and accepted.
What warranty do you give?
5 years on engineering systems. Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and we help with servicing.
Do you only work in Batumi?
No, we work all over Georgia: Tbilisi, Kutaisi, Kobuleti, Poti and mountain areas. Our office is in Batumi, and the crew travels to sites in any region; travel costs are included in the estimate.
